Residents may have been wondering what is happening to the triangle bed at the Kensington Park Road end.. It has been looking rather tired lately and we have received a donation for a total re-plant, leaving only the 2 philadelphus. The idea is to provide a better screen from the road and more of a blend with the beds on either side..Follow the link below for details of the plan

This coming Saturday, 23rd April, a group of student graduates from the international film school will be shooting a romantic comedy, called Lunch Date on the small lawn ( Ladbroke Grove end) for some of Saturday. They understand residents will be using the gardens. Entry and exit and use of toilet will be through Susan Lynn's flat, so there is no risk of the gate being left open. They are paying us a small but reasonable fee.
