Then and Now

These photos show the garden in 1987 and I think were taken by Brian Elsemore. 

It just shows how open the gardens were then, how muddy the paths and how lovely the gardens are now by comparison.

It illustrates what a good job Susan has done with the shrubs and flower beds.
