A summary of some basic rules for keeping the gardens a safe, well maintained and attractive amenity for residents:
- No football or cycling on the lawns
- Ensure that the Garden gates at the ends of the gardens are closed when entering and leaving the gardens. (your security, and the safety of the children depend on it
- Please put dog mess in a plastic bag in the designated receptacles whose location is indicated on a plan posted on trees along the paths
- Do not leave non-biodegradable garden refuse, whole shrubs or large branches by the compost area
- Parties of more than 25 people in the gardens and building work at the rear of your house should obtain authorization from the Secretary, Caroline Nelson or if unavailable one of the other committee members whos tel. nos. on the notice boards
- Please store building materials, large sacks of compost, etc within your own garden area
- Please take the remains of picnics on the lawns back to your own bins do not leave in the garden bins as it attracts foxes and rats
As a resident you are entitled and encouraged to come to the garden AGM. The date and agenda will be posted on the notice boards and copies will be dropped through the letterbox of each house.
