No more than one party per day – on a first come basis.
Parties should last no longer than 4 hours, and finish by 9pm weekdays, or 11pm on weekends including time to clear up.
Parties of 15-20 people – £150 plus £150 refundable deposit
Up to 30 people – £200 plus £200 refundable deposit
Children’s parties: maximum 20 children with accompanied adults – £150 – plus £150 deposit.
No Music at parties unless as part of children’s party games.
No borrowing of marquees, tables or any other garden equipment/furniture
Please take ALL litter home – please do not throw any food items in the garden bins as this will encourage rats and foxes.
Rules about litter and noise apply to overspill parties from residents’ homes.
*If complaints are received these will be conveyed to relevant parties.
* Reminder: please be mindful of neighbours. Even small gatherings can be loud and disturbing as voices and noise carry and echo off the buildings.
Barbeques
Small portable BBQs are permitted in the communal gardens. Please place them on the wider gravel paths along Ladbroke Gardens or Arundel Gardens, not on the cross paths under overhanging branches of trees or schrubs. Please do not place them on the grass lawns. Strictly no firepits or open flames and please do not leave them unattended.
Please take all your litter and food remains home to your own bins and do not leave any food waste in the gardens as this will encourage rats and foxes.
Personal Training
Sessions in garden involving repetitive noise (boxing), no earlier than 8am on weekdays and 10am on weekends
